Personal/Home Care Assistant

I am looking for outgoing Personal Assistants to work as part of a team to support my 18 year old daughter who has complex health needs.
My daughter loves to have fun, all things ‘girly’ and creative. She enjoys socialising and learning about history and being in the company of others.
My daughter has very complex health needs that she needs support with day-to-day and she needs someone who is observant, patient and is able to use their initiative. Being flexible is also a key requirement.
The part time role(s) includes hours between 7.30am and 8.00pm and occasionally 8.00pm and 8.00am. Shifts can be 6-12 hours and days of work vary over a seven day period. I am happy to consider 1 or 2 candidates to cover the required hours.
There may be additional hours available for holiday/sickness cover for the other members of staff
All relevant training will be provided.
An enhanced DBS (Police check) will be required and the Employer will meet the cost.
£12.00 per hour
5.6 weeks holiday pro rata
A pension scheme will be offered (subject to eligibility)
