Newstaff Employment is recruiting caring and enthusiastic Nursery Teaching Assistants in Buckinghamshire to join our flexible daily supply team. Salary: £13.00 – £16.00 per hour
Working Hours: Flexible, Monday – Friday (term time only)

Key Responsibilities
1. Support nursery and early years practitioners in providing high-quality care and learning experiences.
2. Assist with play-based learning activities, group sessions, and individual child development.
3. Help maintain a safe, positive, and nurturing environment.
4. Encourage learning through play and exploration.
5. Build supportive relationships with staff and children to promote confidence and progress.
Essential Requirements
6. Experience working with Early Years or Nursery-age children.
7. Early Years, Nursery, or Teaching Assistant qualification preferred (not essential).
8. Enhanced DBS ‘Child Workforce’ registered with the Update Service (assistance provided if required).
9. Kind, patient, and flexible with a passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
10. Reliable and adaptable to different nursery and school environments.
