Job Title: Goods Out & Dispatch Operative (FLT Reach)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
Role Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Goods Out & Dispatch Operative to join a busy manufacturing environment for our Milton Keynes based client.
This role sits within the packing, shipping, and dispatch function and is ideal for someone with strong organisation skills, good IT ability, and a valid Reach Truck licence.
You will play a key part in ensuring all finished goods are packed, booked, and dispatched accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
* Packing finished products ready for dispatch
* Preparing shipments for UK and international delivery
* Booking couriers for small parcels
* Producing shipping paperwork and labels
* Using internal systems to update dispatch and shipping records
* Loading and unloading goods using Reach Truck
* Ensuring all goods are dispatched safely, accurately, and on time
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised goods-out area
* Working closely with production and warehouse teams
Skills & Experience Required
* Valid Reach Truck FLT licence (essential)
* Previous experience in goods out, dispatch, or shipping
* Confident with computer systems and basic admin tasks
* Good attention to detail
* Reliable, organised, and able to work to deadlines
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
