The Role:
You will provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to a senior Partner in Brighton, while also assisting the wider fee-earning team in London. Responsibilities will include:
* Managing monthly billing and financial administration
* General file management and document preparation
* Audio typing and drafting correspondence
* Supporting case management processes
Ideal Candidate Profile:
1. Previous experience as a legal secretary, ideally within corporate or commercial law (other legal areas considered)
2. Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business priorities
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
4. Fast, accurate typing skills, including audio typing
5. Experience with legal billing and case management systems
6. Excellent administrative and time management skills
