Designated as a Center of Excellence, the facility specializes in surface treatment and assembly of small to medium-sized landing gear systems. Job Summary: This role requires a strong understanding of export laws, regulations, and processes and involves a high level of coordination with various parties both internally and externally. Key Responsibilities The duties and responsibilities of an Export Coordinator include: Managing all activities related to exporting goods, including documentation, shipping, booking and transportation Ensuring compliance with local and international export laws and regulations Coordinating with suppliers, customers, and freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery of goods Preparing and reviewing export documents such as invoices, packing lists, and shipping labels Organizing and coordinating freight movements Resolving any issues related to export processes such as delays, customer queries and reporting damages, or lost shipments Maintaining detailed records of all export transactions for auditing and reporting purposes Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related discipline. Proven experience in export coordination or shipping, preferably within the aerospace or manufacturing sector. Knowledge of US ITAR/EAR/ UK Export regulations, customs procedures, and international trade compliance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hands-on experience with ERP systems and logistics management software. Willingness and ability to learn and develop new skills and procedures What we Offer?
