This is not a sales-driven role. There are no sales targets and no weekend work required. Instead, you’ll be the operational backbone of the store — the person who keeps everything organised, efficient, and running smoothly each day.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Maintaining a beautifully presented, clean, and well-merchandised store
* Managing stock flow, inventory accuracy, repairs, lay-bys, and promotions
* Supporting point-of-sale processes and store administration
* Fulfilling Omni Channel orders (Click & Collect & Ship from Store)
* Acting as the "glue" of the store — supporting the team to ensure smooth daily operations
What We’re Looking For
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* A proactive, hands‑on approach
* Pride in maintaining high standards
* A collaborative and supportive team mindset
* Previous retail or administrative experience (preferred but not essential)
