As Quality Assurance Auditor you'll be responsible for supporting a continuous improvement based Food safety and Quality culture across the site in line with the business Technical strategy and policy. You'll ensure that we have consistent operating procedures that cover all tasks and that co-owners have received the training required to be able to confidently meet the safety and quality standards we require. You'll be an integral member of the Site Technical Team, reporting into the site Quality Manager. You will work with both the operations and engineering teams to identify and implement continuous improvement from a technical bias. Key responsibilities: Identifying all tasks required that are critical to food safety, legality and quality in each department on site, ensuring a standard operating procedure is in place for each Auditing co-owners to ensure they have been trained in the necessary procedures and can confidently demonstrate the knowledge necessary to meet standards Work cross functionally to review and revise operating procedures where gaps are identified Work with co-owners to fill knowledge gaps that are identified Review and revise the site training database to reflect co-owners skills and training Provide holiday and absence cover for the Quality Assurance Technologist. Assisting with site visits and audits pertaining to this role. Supporting the Quality Manager as required Passionate and proud about our products and processes, you will be always looking for ways to improve our delivery on site KPI's and work closely with all key stakeholders to drive improvements across site.
