We’re looking for an Estate Adventures Assistant to join our friendly and dynamic team at Farncombe Estate, supporting the delivery of exciting and engaging activities across our beautiful Cotswold estate.
From archery and axe throwing to falconry and quad biking, our Estate Adventures team create unforgettable experiences for our guests — and you’ll play a key part in bringing these to life.
The role
This is a 6-month fixed term contract, with a view to becoming a full-time permanent position subject to performance and operational requirements.
What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting the delivery of our Outdoor Range experience, assisting with instruction, supervision and guest engagement
* Helping coordinate a wider programme of estate-based activities including falconry, mobile farm sessions, quad biking and more (with external providers)
* Preparing, setting up and packing down equipment for activities
* Supporting the smooth running of daily activity schedules across the estate
* Liaising with external providers to ensure seamless delivery of experiences
* Building rapport with guests and delivering a professional, engaging experience
* Carrying out safety checks of equipment, grounds and facilities
* Ensuring all activities are delivered safely and in line with procedures
What we’re looking for:
* A friendly, proactive and flexible approach
* Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with guests
* Well organised with the ability to support multiple activities and priorities
* Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of conditions
* A team player who takes pride in delivering great guest experiences
* A full UK driving licence is essential
The details:
* £14.50 per hour working 40 hours over 5 days
* Meals on duty and uniform provided

Working pattern:
This role requires regular weekend working (Saturday and Sunday) as part of the core activity programme. Flexibility is required to meet seasonal demand and activity scheduling.
