What you will do:

* Lead and manage the Leaving Care Team, ensuring effective service delivery and support for young people transitioning from care to independence.
* Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance services and outcomes for service users.
* Supervise and support team members, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve team goals.
* Manage casework and ensure compliance with statutory obligations and best practice guidance.
* Collaborate with partner organisations and agencies to coordinate and improve services for young people.
* Monitor and evaluate team performance, implementing improvements where necessary.
* Report on service developments and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.
