About You
As a Client Partnerships Principal you will manage new client opportunities of all sizes, guiding them from initial contact through to closing. You will build strong, trusted relationships by deeply understanding the priorities and challenges faced by CIOs, CDOs, CTOs and CEOs. You will act as a strategic advisor, help them solve critical problems and thoughtfully challenge their perspectives on digital products, customer experiences and transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
 * Build relationships with senior decision‑makers and act as a strategic advisor.
 * Combine technical expertise with business acumen to identify key challenges and uncover new opportunities for growth.
 * Own the sales process from initial contact through to close, navigating complex client environments and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
 * Drive sustained revenue growth in the region and achieve ambitious annual targets.
 * Close deals generating approximately £3‑6 million in revenue for AND Digital.
Qualifications
 * Extensive business development experience and proven success with mid‑market clients across various industries.
 * Strong relationship‑management skills, adept at quickly building rapport and maintaining well‑organised, collaborative partnerships.
 * Working knowledge in digital, business strategy, marketing, technology, data and AI, Agile, change management, and business transformation.
 * Experience working with alliance partners such as AWS, Snowflake, Microsoft and Google.
 * Credible and confident engagement with C‑suite executives, supporting their strategic decision‑making and problem‑solving.
