As our workshop manager, you'll be the driving force behind our coach building team - ensuring every vehicle interior conversion meets the highest standards, is delivered on time and stays within budget. You'll lead a skilled team of fitters and manage workflow efficiently. Your ability to anticipate issues and find smart solutions will be key to maintaining productivity and quality.
