We're seeking someone to join our team as a Privacy Tooling Director in the Data Governance & AI Non-Financial Risk group to focus on the tooling used within the privacy program. In the Legal & Compliance division, we assist the Firm in achieving its business objectives by facilitating and overseeing the Firm's management of legal, regulatory and franchise risk. This is a Director level position within the Privacy Compliance team. What you'll do in the role: > Work with business unit and Legal and Compliance stakeholders to gather requirements for changes and enhancements to privacy tools including enhancements needed due to regulatory or business changes. > Work with technology teams to analyse, design, and implement business requirements. This is inclusive of change management, UAT, and troubleshooting. > Foster continuous improvement and act as a day-to-day point of contact for business unit and LCD stakeholders as it relates to tool functionality or performance. > Work with business unit and Legal and Compliance stakeholders to consider new processing activities.
