The FirmA Top 10, Global law firm is seeking a Team Assistant to support various teams in their City of London office.
The OpportunityThe successful Team Assistant will work across all practice groups as well as gaining insight into the various Business Services functions within the firm. You will provide business support and administrative assistance to each practice group. Duties to include:
* Printing, photocopying and scanning documents
* Assisting with the preparation of Court/Counsel bundles
* Filing documents in electronic or hard copy files
* Assisting with expense claims, cheque requisitions and other banking related administration
* Email management
* Managing the entry of timesheets for partners
* Assisting with the billing administration process, creation of pre-bills, editing of bills and narratives, producing bill cover letters and ebilling set-up/submission
* Assisting with conflict checks, file opening forms, anti-money laundering/agreed rates forms and preparing engagement letters
* Assisting with the organisation of event and meeting logistics
* Assisting with travel bookings
This Team Assistant position is a full time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday 9.30am - 5.30pm
Requirements
* A minimum of 5 GCSEs graded A*-C (essential)
* A minimum of 6 months' administration experience
* CILEX qualification (desirable)
