Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Sussex Pathology Network Transformation Programme Team. The role will provide project management leadership within the Sussex Pathology Network to support the delivery of the overall vision and objectives across the Network, will oversee designated projects across Sussex Pathology Network and will be responsible for the day-to-day planning and delivery of the projects. The postholder will play also play a key role in the ongoing development of the Programme and Network.
Responsibilities
* Lead collaboration with internal and external partners and stakeholders across the local health and care system to deliver effective communications across organisational boundaries and to deliver the designated projects, that span across organisations. This will include liaison with clinical, operational, corporate and external teams.
* Deliver the project on time, to budget and to agreed quality standards, supporting customer business needs.
* Manage multistranded projects using PRINCE2 methodology, demonstrating excellent risk management and financial control throughout. Coordinate all project activities in accordance with the customer needs, supplier capability and local or national standards and requirements.
