We are now looking for a
Competitive Intelligence Analyst / Business Development Associate
to join our team and support our CI and BD strategy during this exciting phase.
The Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is ideal for a
scientifically strong, analytical, and self-motivated individual
with prior research or industry experience.
You'll be responsible for:
Competitive Intelligence
– Interrogating scientific & clinical literature, analysing therapeutic assets, and reporting key findings
Market Analysis
– Monitoring deal trends, analysing competitor pipelines, and identifying strategic opportunities
Business Development
– Supporting external interactions with potential partners and contributing to strategic discussions
Presenting & Reporting
– Delivering concise, evidence-based insights internally and externally
Conference Coverage
– Attending key conferences to gather insights, network, and support BD activities
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Educated to PhD in related field (or MSc/BSc with additional industry experience) with
prior industry experience in oncology / drug development
sector
Experienced in
analysing complex scientific data
and distilling insights
Knowledgeable in
global pharma development, regulatory, and commercial landscapes
(US/EU focus desirable)
Highly detail-oriented with
excellent written and oral communication skills
Able to work
independently
while contributing effectively to a collaborative team
