Job Description
Lettings Negotiator – Cambridge
£22,000 – £28,000 | Full-time, Permanent
A place where you can actually love your job.
We’re working on behalf of an award-winning, independent estate agency in Cambridge that’s built its reputation not on scripts or sales pressure, but on service, trust, and results. They’ve got a name in the market, and clients come to them. You won’t be spending your time cold calling – this is about doing the job properly, with the support of an experienced team behind you.
You want to feel proud of where you work. To walk into an office where people have your back, not compete with you for commission. A place where the team genuinely pulls together, the mornings start with a coffee and a catch-up—not pressure—and summer rounders games and proper Christmas parties aren’t “team-building” exercises, they’re just what happens when people like each other.
That’s what this role offers.
.
