About the Role
As Teacher of Psychology, you will teach primarily at KS5, with the potential for KS4 teaching depending on the school’s curriculum. You will deliver engaging lessons that develop strong psychological understanding, research literacy and confident exam technique.
You will support pupils to:
* Secure key psychological knowledge across approaches, studies and debates
* Develop confidence with research methods and data/statistics (spec dependent)
* Write strong evaluative responses with clear argument and evidence
* Apply theory to real-world behaviour and contemporary issues
* Build exam confidence through modelling, deliberate practice and feedback
