Team Operative (Jointing) Location: Site Based Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum Hours: Full-time About the Role My client is looking for a Team Operative (Jointing) to assist with on-site electrical projects. You will work under a Team Leader, supporting LV and HV jointing tasks and ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently. Alternative titles include: Jointing Operative, Electrical Operative, or Jointer’s Mate. Key Responsibilities Support the Team Leader (Jointing) with daily tasks Carry out LV/HV cable jointing and electrical work as instructed Follow safety procedures and company policies Attend briefings, toolbox talks, and training Keep the site safe, tidy, and compliant Record work accurately and professionally Requirements Minimum 1 year operational experience in the power industry EUSR SHEA (Power) LV Support Person / Jointer’s Mate certification First Aid, Manual Handling, Asbestos Awareness trained SWQR Operative Certificate (preferred) Full UK Driving Licence What’s on Offer £30,000 – £35,000 per annum Site-based, hands-on experience Opportunity to develop under experienced Team Leaders Apply now for more information!
