Position: Senior Manager, Lodging Operations

This is your chance to be part of one of the largest teams within Expedia Group: the Traveler & Partner Services Platform (TPSP). This team unites global support for travelers and supply partners across all Expedia Group brands and strategic partnerships, focusing on lodging lines of business—hotels and Vrbo. Your Role:

As the Senior Manager of Lodging Traveler Operations, you will: Lead Process Transformation:

Oversee all aspects of process transformation, from discovery to scalability. Drive Business Cases:

Develop and realize business cases to tackle major opportunities for efficiency. Apply Expertise:

Utilize your knowledge of process reengineering and continuous improvement to achieve goals. Communicate Vision:

Act as a key communicator, articulating the vision for Lodging Improvement Traveler to ensure buy-in. Partner with Leadership:

Align operational improvements with processes, policies, and products. Lead a Team:

Mentor and coach a small team of process leads to advance their career development. Build Playbooks:

Create resources to proactively address issues and enhance efficiency. Provide Insights:

Contribute actionable recommendations based on data analysis. Monitor KPIs:

Analyze trends to pursue continuous improvement. Create Visual Stories:

Develop compelling presentations for executive audiences. Collaborate Across Teams:

Facilitate communication and alignment between diverse departments. Support New Initiatives:

Contribute to the successful adoption of new products and processes. Generate Reports:

Lead data-informed decision-making through insightful reporting. Experience & Qualifications:

We’re looking for someone with: 5+ years of operational management experience in a dynamic customer care environment. Proven success in developing and exceeding KPIs. Expertise in data analysis and the ability to present clear insights. Experience in managing large-scale projects and transformation programs. A knack for solving complex business problems with innovative solutions. A high-energy, positive outlook with a passion for continuous improvement. Outstanding communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills. The ability to motivate and empower others towards organizational goals. Comfort in high-pressure situations and a self-starter attitude. Willingness to travel up to 50% as required. Compensation & Benefits:

The total cash range for this position in Austin is

$141,500.00 to $198,000.00
