About the role:
* Working with the Principal and other members of the Commercial Law Division.
* Be involved in matters such as joint ventures, professional negligence, Defamation, purchase/selling of businesses and property, and property disputes.
The ideal candidate:
* Mid – Senior Lawyer (3-7 PQE).
* A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, underpinned by strong academic records.
* Be commercially minded and all rounded in advocacy, negotiation and mediation skills.
* Have a high-level of emotional awareness and empathy.
