£12.35 - £12.50, HD9, Monday to Thursday, 4 day week, 7am - 4:45pm, Onsite free parking, main bus route
Job Role
Due to continued success our Huddersfield based Manufacturing client are looking for a Forklift Truck Driver
MUST HAVE BOTH VALID COUNTERBALANCE LICENSE
Due to continued success a Huddersfield site of a global manufacturer has an exciting opportunity for a Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative to join them. Your duties will include;
1. Driving Forklift Truck
2. Receive goods at the loading/receiving area
3. Store received goods in the appropriate locations within the warehouse
4. Check loads for damaged or missing items upon receipt
5. Move and rearrange stock, either by hand or with appropriate lifting equipment
6. Ensuring accurate records of everything that comes in and goes out of the warehouse
7. Load goods onto trucks for shipping
Requirements
We would expect the successful FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative to be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of Warehouse Procedures, be an excellent communicator and be able to follow instruction. You will be supported 1 to 1 to become familiar with the company processes and procedures. This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked as a Forklift Truck Driver, Dispatch or goods in / out previously.
