What the Job Involves Your role involves processing planning applications and performing all associated administrative duties. This includes checking planning applications for validity according to national and local requirements, preparing and uploading application documents to the Document Management System, and sending out statutory notification letters. You will also notify agents or applicants about the reasons for the invalidity of planning applications when applicable and handle inbound enquiries by providing reliable advice to customers.
