Job Description Passionate about guest interaction, food and beverage? As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will lead your team to create unforgettable Food & Beverage experiences for our guests.
As our next Food & Beverage Supervisor, you
Provide guidance and support to the Food and Beverage team, helping them to achieve their potential and accomplish overall departmental objectives.
Are responsible for ensuring the Food & Beverage outlet/s run efficiently and that customers are satisfied with the quality of food, drink and service they receive.
Give attention to detail, ensuring that that the work environment is a safe, pleasant and well-maintained space.
Are involved in daily financial administrative tasks, stock management and end of month reporting.
Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Food & Beverage Operations team
Supervise and delegate duties; Ensure brand standards are maintained
Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal.
Qualifications Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage
Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with guests and team members
Proven ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
