We are delighted to be assisting a luxury 5-star hotel, which is part of a prestigious group of hotels and event venues. Located in the vibrant city of Cardiff, they are looking for an experienced Head Chef to guide their kitchen brigade of 9 in their 2 Rosette restaurant.
Collaborating with their talented Executive Head Chef, you will take the lead in producing consistently high-quality dishes and delivering an unforgettable dining experience.

* £40,000 per annum plus a 10% bonus and £1,200 to £2,400 service charge

Responsibilities as the Head Chef…
* Producing a wide array of high-quality dishes to wow guests
* Working with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure a smooth-running restaurant experience
* Taking charge of kitchen operations by completing the staff rotas, managing the team and running shifts
