Overview
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Secretary to join my client's highly successful personal injury team in their Warrington offices. This is a full time position offering a competitive salary and great benefits within an established firm. You will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to fee earners. The role also includes front-of-house responsibilities and helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Responsibilities
* Managing front desk operations, including greeting clients and handling incoming calls.
* Providing a high standard of customer service to clients and visitors.
* Audio typing and preparation of legal documents.
* Providing general administrative support to fee earners.
* Photocopying, scanning, and filing.
* Dealing with incoming and outgoing post.
* Maintaining efficient office organisation.
Experience & Qualifications
* At least 2 years spent working as a legal secretary (Personal Injury experience is desirable).
* Strong audio typing skills (essential).
* Competence in Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* A professional and friendly manner.
* Experience using the LEAP case management system would be an advantage, but is not essential.
Salary & Benefits
* Salary: £24,000–£26,000 per annum, dependent on experience
