Job Title: Area Sales Manager

About the Company
Our client is a well-established supplier and manufacturer of materials handling and storage equipment, offering over 45,000 product lines including PPE, screen protectors, recycling bins, ladders, flooring, hygiene equipment, office furniture, access, safety, and security products.
The Role
1. Visit existing clients and develop new business leads through cold calling, referrals, social media, and networking, which will comprise 25% of your clients.
2. Arrange appointments for follow-up in the field.
3. Manage and develop the sales pipeline actively.
4. Work from home using a car (preferably a hybrid), phone, and laptop.
5. Occasional visits to clients in Northern Ireland may be required.
The Candidate
We are seeking candidates with:
* Experience in a B2B field sales environment.
* Experience selling a diverse range of products to businesses, potentially including technical parts or stationary.
* Strong skills in building personal customer relationships.
* Driven, determined, and capable of generating and converting business opportunities.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
