We are currently expanding our core offeringsspecialist biometric passport photography to include 1-Hour Film Development and Large-Format Fine Art Scanning for professional artists. The Role This is a multi-faceted, technical role. You are not just a retail assistant; you are a problem solver and a production technician. Following a comprehensive training period, you will be expected to operate complex studio equipment, handle high-end printing, and manage intricate government-standard paperwork with a "Zero-Error" mindset. Key Responsibilities Technical Production: Operating large-format printers, scanners, and film development equipment. Biometric Studio Work: Capturing and editing professional photos to meet strict international government standards using Adobe Photoshop. Client Consultation: Handling complex email and in-person inquiries regarding OCI and Visa applications with total confidence. Operational Excellence: Maintaining a spotless store environment and ensuring all equipment is cared for. What We Expect (The Ideal Candidate) Exceptional English Skills: You must have native or near-native English (written and verbal) to handle technical service explanations and handle legal/government paperwork with absolute precision. Technical Savvy: Proficient in operating PCs and creative software. Experience with Adobe Photoshop is a significant advantage.
