Your new role This Compliance Officer & COLP role will see you take on the lead compliance role for the firm. You will ensure that the firm is adhering to all the key compliance requirements by implementing the compliance policy, driving continuous improvement and embedding best practice. Working across all levels within the business, you will play a key role in driving compliance excellence across the firm. What you'll need to succeed Working as a solicitor, you will have gained significant experience as a compliance specialist and will ideally have worked as a COLP. You will have a strong working knowledge of the SRA Regulations, AML, GDPR and data protection. With a strong compliance profile, you will be adept at implementing and managing compliance best practice.
