The Sales Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the sales function through accurate administration, documentation handling, CRM updates, and customer support tasks. No prior industry experience is required — training will be provided.
The role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a positive, proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with preparing quotes and proposals using internal systems.
* Update and manage CRM records, customer information and sales activity logs.
* Support the processing of sales orders.
* Source and assist pricing inventory for specific requirement.
* Assist with the trace requirements and ppw completion.
Customer Support
* Handle incoming enquiries professionally and promptly via phone and email.
* Provide timely updates to customers regarding orders, quotes, and documentation.
* Ensure a positive and service‑focused customer experience.
Operational Support
* Liaise with team members to ensure orders are processed accurately.
* Maintain organised digital and physical files.
* Carry out general business administrative duties as allocated by the CEO or Operations Manager.
Compliance & Processes
* Follow company procedures and quality standards.
* Always ensure high accuracy of information and documentation.
Skills & Qualities
* Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to pick up new systems quickly.
* Self‑motivated with a flexible approach to daily tasks.
* Professional and courteous phone manner.
* Dog lover (we often have Basil the basset hound in the office)
* Experience in administrative or customer service roles.
* Interest in aviation or technical industries.
* Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems.
