As a result of an increase in business, our client is recruiting for a number of capable and experienced Accounts Assistants for their site in Poole which will be all office based.
Reporting to a Group Financial Controller or Management Accountant and working as part of a team, you will have responsibility for:
Purchase and Sales ledger
Allocating incoming money to sales accounts
Processing payments
Daily bank reconciliations
Use of bespoke systems, MS Office
You will need to have a good general accounts background, AAT useful but not essential. As the requirement is to start quickly this is likely to be a temporary placement initially with a view to permanent longer term.
