We are looking for an experienced and patient Learning Support Assistant to work in a Primary School in Peterborough. You will be working with children who have a variety of special educational needs, on a one-to-one basis and also within small focus groups. About the role As a Learning Support Assistant, your role will be varied-whether it’s supporting the teacher in the classroom, creating a calm environment in quieter areas of the school, or helping children engage with daily routines. Most importantly, you’ll be empowering pupils to access their learning, build confidence, and feel included in school life. This is a long-term role with the potential of going permanent for the right candidate!
