Join ACE Hotels as our Junior Sous Chef on a maternity cover contract, supporting the Executive Chef in delivering exceptional culinary experiences across our kitchens. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity in a vibrant hotel environment, where creativity meets precision and teamwork drives excellence.

1. Relevant experience in a fresh food kitchen.
2. Passionate about modern food trends and cooking techniques.
3. Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef with menu creation and development.
4. Understanding of Health and Safety legislation.
