* Uncapped commission with an OTE of £40,000–£60,000 per year (and top performers earning significantly more).

What you will be doing as a Field Sales Consultant
* Attending product design appointments in customers' homes.
* Helping customers realise their vision using a creative consultative approach and bespoke design software.
* Becoming an expert on our extensive range of windows, doors and home improvement products, understanding the differences between double and triple glazing and the benefits of uPVC over aluminium.
