Join Connexus as our first in-house Property Solicitor and help shape the future of our property development and disposal ’re seeking an exceptional legal professional to lead on a wide range of property-related matters. This newly created role will bring in-house several functions currently outsourced, offering a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact from day ’ll work closely with our Development team on new builds and shared ownership schemes, and with our Assets team on disposals and commercial leases. As the subject matter expert, you’ll provide strategic legal guidance, ensure compliance, and support operational improvements across the you’ll do: Lead on legal matters relating to property development, acquisitions, disposals, and leasing Provide expert advice on shared ownership and commercial lease arrangements Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and embed best practice Drive continuous improvement and help professionalise our property legal function Operate with a high degree of autonomy and influence decision-making at a senior levelOperating with a high degree of autonomy, this represents a rare opportunity for an individual of exceptional calibre. If you’re ready to lead, influence, and make a difference, we’d love to hear from We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who, alongside the key criteria below, will sign up to our PRIDE values of Passion, Respect, Involve, Determined and Effective and will be determined to maintain the confidence of our Responsibilities Manage a broad caseload of mixed property cases covering new builds, shared ownership, right to buy from instruction, and disposal of properties, from instruction through to completion Responsible for the management of commercial leases including review Provide technical support and guidance on complex conveyancing matters Drafting legal documentation, certifying documents and maintaining accurate records.
