Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) in one of our 5 regions, the Area Sales Manager will be a dynamic, sales focused manager who will support the RSM in leading and inspiring a team of field-based, self-employed sales consultants in our industry leading business to customer fitted furniture businesses. You’ll play a key role in developing, managing and motivating performance amongst your team of sales consultants
These leadership roles demand individuals who can manage cross-functional teams, implement strategic initiatives, and deliver high-quality sales results in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
Manages designer headcount, working with the RSM, National Recruitment Manager and Sales Training Manager to onboard and develop the best people.

Skills / experience:
* Proven experience in a field-based sales management role
* Background in direct or B2C sales – ideally within furniture, interiors or premium consumer goods
* Strong coaching and leadership skills with a hands-on and motivational style
* Full UK driving licence and willingness for regular travel across a broad territory
