Are you a friendly, motivated person who enjoys helping customers? We’re looking for a Customer Support to join a busy, supportive team in Milton Keynes on a temporary basis.
As a Customer support you will be handling inbound queries, making out bound calls and ensure data on system is updated accurately
Responsibilities;
* offer customer support
* chase up outstanding payments and annual subscriptions
* inbound and outbound calls
* focus on retaining members
* Data Cleansing
What we need from you;
* Experience in an inbound and outbound phone environment
* customer service experience
* A confident communication with strong attention to detail
* Good IT knowledge
