Our client are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support a busy professional services business in London on a 6-week temporary basis. This role will provide hands-on HR support across a broad range of generalist activities, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations during a peak period.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide general HR support across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations)
* Assist with recruitment coordination and candidate management
* Support managers with HR queries and policy guidance
* Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with internal processes
* Contribute to ongoing HR projects and process improvements as required
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a generalist HR role
* Strong knowledge of UK employment practices
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
* Available to work in the office 3 days per week
This role will look to start around April 13.
