Package: Six-figure base + 20% bonus

The Opportunity
I've been referred by a long-standing industry contact to represent a well-established national building consultancy thats ready to seriously enter the public sector market- but they want the right person to lead it. Youll be joining a business with:
* 6 offices across the UK
* A strong, profitable private-sector platform
* 20+ Building Surveyors already in the business
* Full back-office, brand, and operational support
Whats missing is public sector leadership- and thats the gap youll fill.
The Role
This is a chance to build your own public sector business within an established firm.
You will:
1. Take full ownership of public sector strategy and delivery
2. Bring your existing public sector clients, frameworks, or relationships
3. Design and implement your own processes, systems, and ways of working
4. Be the face of the business in the public sector
