Salary: £33,661 - £39,693.33 per year
Working Hours: 2 on 4 off. 8am-11pm plus sleep

Qualifications Required: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in residential childcare

Who We Are Looking For… We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Team Leader who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people. You will be leading shifts, supporting young people in their daily activities, and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment.
️ Strong leadership skills
️ Ability to build positive relationships with young people
️ Resilience, motivation, and adaptability
️ Understanding of safeguarding and care planning
️ Good IT and record-keeping skills
️ Full UK Driving Licence (preferred)
