Elmley Dray School is looking for a friendly Lunchtime Supervisor to join our team and help ensure that our students have an enjoyable, safe, and well-organised lunchtime experience.
In this role, you will:
1. Supervise students during lunchtime, both in the classrooms and outdoor play areas.
2. Promote positive behaviour, ensuring all students are safe and supported.
3. Assist with lunchtime routines, including setting up and clearing away as needed.
4. Work collaboratively with staff to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all students.
5. Report any issues or concerns to the leadership team promptly.
We are looking for a patient, approachable, and attentive individual who enjoys working with children and wants to make a positive contribution to our school community.
