Based in Stockport, this role offers both UK and international exposure, working across our expanding group of businesses. As Group Treasurer, you will take ownership of our treasury and cash management operations, ensuring financial stability, strong liquidity, and effective working capital management, you will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping and managing the Group’s treasury and cash management strategy – both in the UK and internationally. Responsibilities Overseeing all aspects of cash and debt management Developing and executing liquidity planning and funding strategies Leading hedging, risk management, and banking relationships Supporting the integration of acquisitions across the group Ensuring compliance with all financial covenants and internal policies This is a hands-on, high-impact role, perfect for someone who thrives on responsibility, precision, and strategic influence. With your expertise, you will ensure the Group’s financial stability, optimise working capital, and guarantee full compliance with internal policies and external covenants. What we are looking for ACT Qualified, however will consider those that are ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified Significant experience in a Group Treasury or Corporate Finance role, ideally within a multi-entity, international business Strong understanding of cash flow forecasting, debt structures, financial instruments and banking products Proven track record of managing banking relationships and negotiating facility agreements Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills and preferable Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities This is more than just a job — it’s an opportunity to make your mark and drive real impact within a forward-thinking, global business.
