Service Desk Analyst

My client is undergoing an exciting IT transformation and as such has a requirement for additional support in the team. The successful candidates will have previous experience of working on a busy service desk.
Key skills include:
* 1st line support experience working in a similar customer facing role.
* Experience working to and reporting against SLAs
* Working knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2016.
* Excellent communication skills, at all levels, with technical and non-technical audiences.
* Provide consistently, excellent levels of customer service.
* Ability to learn quickly and share knowledge with other team members.
* Strong methodical troubleshooting/problem-solving skills.
