* Oversee the design and testing of landing pages and lead-gen forms.
* Maintain consistency in brand, UX, and accessibility across digital assets.
* Stay on top of digital trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
About You
* Strong, well-rounded experience across digital marketing channels.
* Proven ability in SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
* Commercially savvy and results-focused.
* Confident with analytics and data-led decision making.
* Skilled in managing agencies and stakeholder relationships.
* Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, CMS platforms, and digital dashboards.
Bonus Points For:
* CRM and email automation experience.
* Familiarity with WordPress, Umbraco, or other CMS tools.
* Knowledge of CRO and UX design principles.
Why Join Us?

* Work with an experienced, passionate marketing team.
* Develop your skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
* Be part of a growing group with a strong mission and values.
