This role covers the Education sector, and the territory includes Reigate, Horsham and the surrounding areas.
Base pay range
A starting base salary of £50,000 - £60,000 with an OTE of £79,000. This range is provided by Wesleyan. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Responsibilities
* Build lasting client relationships while maintaining a clear focus on business growth.
* Manage your own workload, make commercial decisions, and work collaboratively with a dedicated relationship team.
* Communicate clearly and adapt to the evolving financial services market.
* Develop a deep understanding of clients’ challenges, needs and aspirations, supported by comprehensive training.
Qualifications
* QCF Level 4 qualification (or equivalent).
* Experience as a Specialist Financial Adviser with ability to build lasting client relationships and grow the business.
* Strong communication, self-management and willingness to work collaboratively.
* Comfortable managing your own workload and making commercial decisions.
