Senior Business Teacher - Permanent Role - September 2026 StartSlough, Berkshire
Quantum Scholars are acting as an agency on behalf of a highly regarded secondary school near Slough who are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Business Teacher to join their team from September on a full-time, permanent basis.
The school is seeking a dedicated and passionate classroom practitioner of Business Studies who can deliver high-quality teaching across KS4 and KS5. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and forward-thinking department.
You will be expected to demonstrate strong subject knowledge, excellent classroom practice, and a commitment to raising attainment and inspiring students in Business Studies.

Responsibilities
* Teach Business Studies across KS4 and KS5 (A-Level)
* Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons in line with curriculum requirements
* Assess, monitor, and track student progress effectively
* Use data to inform teaching strategies and interventions
* Contribute to the development of the Business Studies curriculum
* Maintain high standards of classroom behaviour and student engagement
* Support students in achieving strong academic outcomes
* Participate in departmental meetings, school CPD, and wider school activities
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Proven experience teaching Business Studies at secondary level (KS4/KS5)
* Strong subject knowledge and understanding of the curriculum
* Ability to deliver engaging and effective lessons
* Excellent classroom management skills
* A commitment to student achievement and pastoral care
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
* Available to start in September 2026
