Supporting Role in Special Needs Education
Role Overview
This is a Teaching Assistant role focused on supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and Autistic Spectrum Conditions (ASC). This is a term-time-only position for 36 hours per week, with a salary range of £23,746 to £26,986 FTE. The employer is looking to fill this position urgently.
Key Responsibilities
You will be at the forefront of pupils' educational journeys by:
* Providing direct support to pupils, both individually and in small groups.
* Collaborating with teachers to implement lesson plans and educational activities.
* Monitoring pupil progress and helping to maintain assessment records.
* Creating a positive and organised learning environment.
