Hours:Full-time | Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm | Office-based

Our client is a well-established law firm with a growing branch in Solihull, West Midlands, seeking a dependable and skilledLegal Assistant to support the Managing Partnerin delivering high-quality service across all aspects of property transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide direct support to the Managing Partner on residential conveyancing matters
* Draft legal documentation including contracts, letters and reports
* Order and review land registry searches and associated documentation
* Manage client files from instruction to completion using our case management system (training provided)
* Perform general administrative tasks such as file opening, ID checks and compliance procedures
* Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers and third parties
* Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in line with regulatory and firm standards

Ideal Candidate:
* Minimum2 years' experienceas a legal assistant or conveyancing assistant
* Strong understanding of the residential conveyancing process
* Confident drafting contracts, managing files and communicating with stakeholders
* Reliable and organised with excellent attention to detail
* Able to work independently and take initiative while remaining team-focused
* Comfortable working full-time from the office (hybrid work is not preferred)
* Keen to grow and develop within a progressive legal team
