Job Title: Learning Support Assistant (PRSP) Location: Barnet, North London Role Type: Full-time (5 days per week) Start Date: ASAP / To be confirmed Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work within the PRSP (Pupil Referral Support Provision) of a secondary school in Barnet. This is a full-time role, requiring commitment 5 days a week, supporting students on a 1:1 basis. The successful candidate will work closely with pupils who require additional behavioural, emotional, or academic support, helping them to engage positively with learning and make progress both inside and outside the classroom.
