We are looking for a Team Leader to come and join our team to support clients in the Winsford & Barnton area. Full training will be given to set you on your path to being a Team Leader, where you will be paid a competitive rate of pay after completion of training. We offer you time to do the training before you start whilst we carry out our recruitment processes. The position is working over 2 settings close to each other both supporting vulnerable adults. You will be in charge of managing a team involving the completion of rota’s to cover annual leave and sickness. Pay: As part of the role you will be paid £13 per hour for the first 156 hours you work per month. Anything over the 156 hours worked you will be paid at £12 per hour. Position We are recruiting for a Team Leader to support over 3 care settings in the Winsford and Barnton area. This post involves days and sleeping nights. Your role will include, companionship, supporting with housework, running errands and supporting with preparing and cooking meals. Administering medication may be required. Skills and Experience required of our Team Leader: You are required to have good communication skills and have a desire to care for others. You will require a UK full driving license, and having some previous care experience would be advantageous.
