The Opportunity
Spirehouse is working with an established Birmingham law firm to recruit a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor for their friendly team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to progress their career and enjoy a challenge within a large and continually growing, fast paced real estate department
The Role
This position will work closely with the senior fee earners on a variety of matters for a wide range of clients.
The team focuses on all aspects of non-contentious commercial property transactions, to include:
Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold properties
Portfolio management
Secured lending
Corporate support
Commercial development and investment
Landlord and tenant matters

Requirements
* Minimum requirement is 3 years' PQE experience
* Technically competent associate who shows initiative, drive, and excellent organisation skills.
* Commercial approach to client service and effective at building relationships
